Suggested Weights For Rx and Scaled

I’m very excited for this year’s competition.  We have been working very hard to provide another great event.

In this email you will find recommendations on which category you will choose to participate in on event day.  Remember the following are simply suggestions based on the weights and some of the movements.  You will not have to choose which category,  Rx or Scaled, until the WODs are released 3 days prior to the event.

For 2013, the Scaled division will be competing for awards.  The Scaled division will have a prescribed weight for each WOD and only those who meet the standard for each will be in the running for the awards.  Anyone can choose to use less than the prescribed weight for any WOD, but you will no longer be in the running for the hardware.  Got it?

The following weights are based on the ability to do that amount for multiple reps.  Some movements are in the team competition and if stated, only 1 teammate needs to be able to do it.  Here are the suggested weights:
